I don't understand what you mean by "building up your physical and mental stamina." It sounds as if you have more energy and stamina than I do - and I haven't gone through major surgery! :-) It is wonderful to hear such a positive report. Stay strong.

Hi, Oliver,
I'm thrilled to hear that you are in monitoring mode now, and can work on building up your conditioning. So glad you enjoyed a great aviation weekend with your brother and friend in the meantime, too! Rock on!

Hugs, Margaret

Thanks for explaining what is going on next, Oliver! How are your scars healing? Perhaps we need an updated Twitter picture of those.

Oliver: Great to hear that the surgery went well (though the scars look nasty!!). Hope recovery is quick. You are very lucky, as these things go! Hope to see you soon. Alex & Sarah

Oliver this is terrific news-this is remarkable given how often this cancer is a difficult one to beat.
You had a tough road to travel-this was a brutal year for you. I'm pleased you have received such good news.
Best wishes for success as you build back up your stamina and your zest for life.
Brian
