Journal entry by Dana Gensler

Hello All!

20 years ago yesterday, 10/8/98, I had the worst wreck of my Life, being totally blind at the Wreck Site…………

Exactly 20 years later, 10/8/18, I was told by my Eye Surgeon yesterday, that it appears they cannot save my Right Eye and I will probably have a Glass Eye the rest of my Life.

The timing is strange and I am still processing the revelations. Either way ... I am not afraid. I Love my God, my Wife, my Family and my Friends. I did care more about Christy’s Situation yesterday, than my own situation.

(Dana’s insert ... After enduring great pain from the accident on September 15th, arriving to the Leitchville hospital in great shock and confusion, with a broken right foot, a sprained left ankle/foot, multiple broken ribs, a broken sternum, a chipped vertebrae, severe bruising, 2 nights in hospital, 6 nights in rehab, released to her daughter’s home in a wheelchair, home health care and still enduring great pain ... Christy was told yesterday that her right foot may have been improperly set and may need to undergo further surgery and casting. Prayers! ... )

(Back to Norm’s post ... )

….Please Pray we make the right decisions at the right time for the Best Results………
