Arlan and family- I am so sad to learn of Nettie's passing. She was a beautiful person in so many ways! For years I looked forward to seeing her and Arlan each Sunday at church. So much love for everyone around her! She made everyone feel so welcome! I haven't seen her in so long but the memories are as if it was just yesterday! She will be dearly missed! How do you say goodbye to a wonderful Mother-in-law? Nettie was such a loving, spunky, fun person. Yes, already miss her and have missed her during COVID. Feeling thankful our paths in life came together and that Nettie is at peace now. I think of Nettie every night / morning when I put on a fuzzy robe she gave me and when I see critters running around in our yard. You will be close in my heart always Nettie. I remember my first month here in Texas after moving and how Janette didn’t forget about the annual homegrown apple pie that she would bake for us to convince Arlan not to chop down the apple tree. While the pie didn’t arrive in the best condition, it tasted just as good as all of the others. Nettie was the kindest person I’ve ever met and take comfort in all of the great memories she has left with you all. She touched the lives of so many. Peace

We are broken hearted By the loss of your mother, wife, sister, grandmother. We saw over 40 years how much she loved her family and friends.
