Dear friends and family,

It has been a challenging few weeks for our family. Recently, we received news that his latest scans revealed quickly advancing tumor growth in two areas.

For those acquainted with my father's journey, you know he has been courageously battling brain cancer. Despite the challenges, his resilience shines brightly, and his spirits remain high. Surrounded by love, he faces each day with remarkable strength. Play on! With his remaining time he plans to cherish the simple joys life offers. Whether it's cheering on the beaver baseball team with Nick, flirting with Mom (ew!), or relishing the laughter and energy of his grandkids. He intends to make every experience count!

If you wish to lend a hand, there are ways to brighten my father's days. Sending something that brings joy and laughter, such as the yearbook photocopy his high school friend thoughtfully provided, can lift his spirits. Uber or Target gift cards are also appreciated, allowing him to indulge in his favorite cravings and treat himself to small joys.
