Nathan’s Story

Site created on July 28, 2018

I love stories! I love telling, hearing, and most of all making stories with friends! July 11th the beginning of a crazy new story began as I went to the ER and was told that I had cancer. I soon left for CO where I am now getting chemo and care at University of Colorado Hospital for lymphoma.

It was just 17 days ago that I got out of the tractor haying with a crick in my neck and back. I went in for a usual chiropractic app with good buddy, Dr. Miles Fortner, when he decided to take an x-ray on his lunch break. Next thing I knew I was being told I needed to go to the ER.

Three ER visits later...I'm pregnant...with a tumor inside my chest!;)

After having a fun 7 day stay in ICU I was sent home to be sent to Denver ER the very next morning.

I have now been 5 days in Denver and just started chemotherapy today for lymphoma.

Updates will be coming as chemo continues.

Thanks for joining me on this journey with your love, prayer, and support!
