Today was a great day! Today our friends at the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute told us that mom is going home this Friday. Yep, she is going home this Friday. We are so blessed.
It was an emotional day for her. It was for all of us. We used this word many times over the last week but it truly is a MIRACLE. And it's not just us, her family, using this word. The doctors, nurses, and the ambulance driver have all used the word in talking about mom's heart attack and recovery. The people that see this every day are calling her a MIRACLE.
Thank you to you all for your thoughts and prayers. Keep them coming. She has a ton of work in front of her. But she is strong. Real strong. Always has been and always will be. We love you mom. Keep fighting.
