Journal entry by Ayla DeBosschere

First, I want to thank everyone for their kind words and support during this incredibly difficult time. I don't know how to find words that encompass the amazing woman my mother was. She was such a multifaceted person that found a way to truly touch everyone she came into contact with–the English language simply doesn't possess the vocabulary to capture her.

The Memorial Service will be Saturday April the 13th at 1:00 PM at United Church of Christ - 46 Stam St, Williams Bay, WI. with coffee and light snacks immediately following.

My mom adored bright colors and had such an effervescent personality, I know she wants this to be a celebration of her life and not the mourning of her passing. In lieu of her spirit, we welcome you to wear bright spring colors to the memorial. We will also set aside time during the service for friends and family to share brief stories of their experiences with Nancy.

I know I speak on behalf of the family in again saying how grateful we are for the love you all showed my mother in her final days. She passed with love, in, and surrounded by love–exactly the way she lived her life.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday.
