Dear Nadia,
I don't know if you'll remember me, but I'm a member at Church of the Cross in Omaha. You and Mike (along with some others) were in one of the very first Tables for Eight groups there, and after my ankle fusion surgery, you and the new baby came to visit me at Brookstone Meadows.
I've become aware recently of your struggle with ongoing depression. I'm sorry to hear that, but I have a great deal of sympathy for that illness. My 90-year-old brother here in town has had bouts of depression most of his life, and he's has all kinds of treatments (electroconvulsive treatments) at various times, as well as being on many different medications. So I kind of understand your story and journey. I'll be thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers.
And I hope that Mike and your children are doing well, though I'm sure this is hard for them too. They will also be in my prayers.
