Good news is that after an exhausting week the Bedore’s finally returned home today from the hospital. Updates from today’s meeting with the cardiologist and optomologist are that tumors were found in Monroe’s heart, kidneys and eyes.  This is to be expected with TS and so the good news is that the tumors in his heart are expected to shrink over time.  In addition, the tumors found in his eyes and kidneys are very tiny and so nothing too concerning at this time according to Alli. Praise God as she put it. I am waiting to hear back from Alli & Mick with an update now on the plan going forward, but I suspect it will be more regular testing to ensure no additional tumors develop or become of a concern.  I also believe Monroe is on medication now to control his seizures but will also need to confirm this.
