To all of the many people that love and have been praying for Missy, our family thanks you. Missy went to heaven yesterday morning around 10:15 AM. She started to decline overnight after her tracheostomy procedure. Our family was notified that we should come in and see her around 3:30 AM. We spent a couple of hours with my beautiful sister. Phillip, Madison, Morgan, our Mom, Mom’s husband, Don, and I were there to express all of the love, appreciation and pride that we have for her.

As all of you know, Missy is the most amazing Mom, Grandmother, Wife, Sister, Daughter, Aunt and Friend.  She fought with all that her little body had to give for over 6 weeks. Heaven gained the perfect angel and we are going to do our best to carry on her legacy and make her proud of each and every one of us. She is with Jesus, our beautiful sister, Shelli, our Dad, Grandparents, her Mother-In-Law, Amelia, and so many other angels now.

There will be a very special service held for Missy.  We need time now to just be together and try and heal from this incredibly devastating tragedy that has left our hearts shattered.
