I have learned too late of Miki's illness and her passing. She was a student and colleague of mine at the Wake Forest Law School for many years. I am crushed by the news of her death. She was a wonderful, brave, smart, loving, principled person. It was an honor to have known her. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. You are in my prayers.
