Today we heard the wonderful news- Remission!!!!!!!!

Mikey had scans last week which showed that he is in complete remission. We received the news this morning from his oncologist. He will have a repeat MRI in 3 months. We are overjoyed and grateful. We are grateful for all the love, support and prayers that got us from the horrific first night when he was admitted to the ICU to today. He is planning on returning to work in the coming weeks and seeing if he will be able to cognitively do what he did before. Wish him luck in the transition back as he is nervous due to some of the persistent cognitive impact this has had on him.

In other great news. Many of you financially supported Mikey's cousin Ben as he built Mikey a custom gaming computer. He surprised Mikey with the computer last weekend, and he will be sending the video out to those people who made the project a reality.
