Mike’s Story

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support, prayers and encouragement. We want to thank everyone for praying for us, writing us cards, helping to take care of our house and yard, for sending us gifts, gifting hotel nights, gift cards, money, presents, trip snacks and caring for our children.  We thank God for all of you and how you bless us more than we deserve. 


Mike's stage 2 throat cancer diagnosis was unexpected; however, we see God at work in and through this trial.  We feel the love of Christ through all the prayers and support and donations from our friends and family.  We see God's faithfulness as He has provided a way for us to receive excellent medical treatment and a way for us to stay together. 


Mike will have radiation every Monday through Friday and chemo on Thursdays.  Here is our address for the next two months while we are in Houston: 7171 Buffalo Speedway, apt. 715, Houston, TX 77025
