How fun to hear of her smiling and beginning to laugh. I wonder what will tickle her fancy enough to produce a big belly laugh. And I imagine she's been tested for this but "esophageal reflux" was a big issue for one of my boys who threw up a couple times every day until he was more consistently upright (age 2 or so).
