Journal entry by Tiffany Woletz —
We are home! Mike spent a total of 8 days in the hospital for chemo. He is extremely happy to be home. However he does have to go in next week to see his oncologist for a follow up. Then he’ll go back into the hospital June 21st or the 24th for his 6 day chemo treatment. Mike has some up and downs while in the hospital. He got sick a few times. His oncologist says his left lung sounds better and yesterday he said he could hear Mike’s diaphragm.
Prayers that the lung will bounce back non the less. That we won’t have to worry about the possibility of lung transplant or only function with one lung.
The aggressive chemo treatment seems to be doing really good for him. His body is definitely responding to this.
Keep 🙏🏼 Praying 🙏🏼
