Jodi, your family made your dad Mike's homegoing a truly family treasure to remember. I sense regrets for what could have been but no regrets for what was accomplished prior to his promotion to heaven. A sacred, holy passage was experienced and chronicled here. Thank you for sharing it even with myself a friend of a family member. I leave a prayer, "Father God, for all that has been, thanks! For all that will be, yes!"

Thank you did your candor, Jodi. I wish he’d had more time too in his retirement! I’m so grateful for your loving-care, helping to nurse him as you have. You and your mom have just been amazing in taking care of his needs. I’m so grateful you all took advantage of the time you’ve had this past year! I know both you and Jason (and of course Zander :) were just the apples of his eye! Love you all so much!

Jodi, what a touching, heartfelt, and honest statement of love for your wonderful father. I’m so sorry you didn’t have him in your lives longer. I’m happy to hear that your dad was able to enjoy the people and things he loved most almost until the end. The pictures are beautiful. My love to you and your family.
