I've never met Michael, but I have a student at KHS and I've followed Michaels' story from the beginning. I'm so glad to hear that he's made a lot of progress and continues to do more and more. I met your son a few months ago when he visited our youth group at KFBC. What an honor to finally meet this young man we’d prayed for so many months and tell him as much. He was endearing, gracious, and absolutely hilarious. He asked me if I wanted to know a piece of advice he’d learned this year. I told him I’d love to hear it. His response - “buckle up!! Mic drop!!” He laughed and went on his way, and we all were so blessed by him joining us that evening. I’m proud and pleased to know he’s continued to improve and persevere. A sure testament to God’s power and goodness. I am so sorry for the hard times and challenges - He will see you through them all. Much love and continued prayers.
