I have a friend whose husband passed recently who ended up in the hospital with a breakdown, a friend who is carrying on with only rare "I miss him"s, and of course have watched both mom and mother-in-law deal with the death of both dads. An ache that doesn't go away, and each person deals with it in their own way. Hugs to you!
