Our sincere appreciation and gratitude to all of you on Caring Bridge for your prayers, loving thoughts and comments that have comforted us through this difficult time of loss of a wonderful man.  Mike made our lives lighter and happier with his humor and fervor for life.

Very typical of his style of  “short and simple,” Mike’s last wish was there be a simple gathering of family and close friends with no speeches that would follow the old newspaper tradition of a one drink toast. 

In accordance with his wishes, a gathering will be planned in late April or early May with details to be emailed soon.

This is our last entry on Caring Bridge.  We again thank you for your support to us and your tributes to Mike!
