Hello Dear One! Here is a song by my beloved friend, Laurence Cole, based on your favorite river quote.
https://soundcloud.com/thebirdsings/fluent
It's sung by another friend, Lisa Littlebird....
I'll be singing it to you today from just down river.
Much love,
Barbara

Hi, Michael. You continue to be an inspiration for me. I wanted to share a phrase from a professor I studied with at U. Of Illinois in the 90’s. He taught qualitative research and I really enjoyed his books. He emphasized that we should “let our words flow”. I always had an image of a river when he said that. I quickly learned that “let” is the key word. We do not “make” words flow!
Words have a life energy and they flow when we write from our heart! Even if you have Jenny edit, your words flow. Think of water going over rocks, some has to go slower at a rock, but always continues going down the river bed! My prayers are flowing along and bringing light and energy to you.
Thank you for your words that flow.

Thank Thee, dear Friend Michael, for thy sharings of thy journey so consistently and clearly and deeply. I will continue to hold thee in The Light.
May you continue to find ease and joy.
And to Jenny: know that I also send my love to thee and hold thee in The Light.
May you each—and together—find ease in your minds and hearts.
Peace & Love,
Barbara

How about, “Don’t go quietly into that dark night. Dance, sing with the changing of the light,”

Michael,
"Follow the light when it appears
it's illuminating

I find trees convincing me
Convincing me that there is more to this
than meets the eye

Perfect Love"

My dear friend wrote this poem just a couple months before she died. When she knew she was dying. So many missing her something awful. Damn cancer.
And yet... that perfect love - still with us.
