I love the image of your floating off to sea - and I love how sweetly your friends brought you back to shore when it was time.

Michael, I had my 1st MRI yesterday. It was like jackhammers on concrete in surround sound! I left feeling like I had been shaken and stirred and shaken again.
I know each time each treatment must have attendant fear (it’s physically demanding or the outcome is unknown or there are unintended consequences), but grace does walk with you/you walk with grace. Your words and intent bring grace to my like. Game on, play through! We are still with you and your family.

Hooray for living! As I head to the ocean this week to be with family, I am going to take this image with me. Of letting ourselves get lost in the flow of life. Being in the joy of those moments.
