That's a remarkable recovery, Michael, and surely a good sign. Thoughts are with you.

I am simply amazed by your strength, Michael. That you walked yesterday and may get out of the hospital by as early as tomorrow is a-mazing! Yes, you can do this!

It's so good to hear you're feeling on the mend today.

I know you'll keep listening to your body to know when it's time to do what, and I'll trust you to know what you can do. And if it seems wise, just let me know and I can help facilitate biking home... or a ride whenever the time is right.

Or maybe your children could chaperon you on a slow, gentle walk+transit ride home if you're hungry for the activity? I hear they might be practicing that tomorrow.

And so glad you are.
Don't overdo it, my friend. A bike ride just might have to wait for a few days.
Love and prayers, Christopher

This is great news. Just concentrate on being amazed at how your body heals itself and how you an help it do that.
