Ken, Thanks so much for writing. You and Melinda have remained true to these verses from Micah 7:7. " But as for me, I watch in hope for the Lord. I wait for God my Savior. My God will hear me. The celebration service could not have been more beautiful or more honoring to Melinda and to our Savior. You and your family continue to be in our prayers. May the Lord bless you and keep you. May he lift his countenance upon you. May he turn his face toward you and give you peace.

Melinda is seeing face-to-face—the truth of the gospel is alive in your precious family!

It IS true! And she pointed the way throughout the whole journey! What a blessing to reflect on her walk.

Ken, Mary Jo, Jonathan and David, what a blessing it was to know and work with Melinda. She was kind and thoughtful and prayed for my son in law who also lost his battle with cancer.

Ken, I've known you for many years and was blessed by your friendship ... I've been blessed by Melinda, whom I didn't know, as I followed her posts. Such an inspiration as she made a victorious journey down a path she did not choose to a glorious destination prepared just for her. And she remained faithful in her testimony of hope in Him. Prayers for His presence, peace, and comfort continue for you and your family.

Praying for you and your family on this bittersweet Christmas. Melinda was such a blessing to so many and a powerful witness for Our Lord. Thankful for the true story that He will gather all of His to Himself one blessed day in the future and while we grieve, we do not grieve as those with no hope.
