We were just thinking of your family as we prepare for our family Christmas as the Villas. Last year our son (Adam) asked to miss our family Christmas celebration to spent it with a friend who was celebrating his birthday the same time as our trip . Not knowing what the future held for this friend, we agreed and understood the importance of celebrating his friends birthday. Adam kept us close by sending picture and messages throught that day.
We are beyond happy to know this friend will celebrate yet another birthday.
We have not forgotten the donor family. The gift they gave Matt was a chance at a beautiful life. And for that, we will be forever grateful.
