I suggest you both go to the Strasenburgh Planetarium, look up at the amazing star formations and then at each other and realize that the same God that was intimately involved with creating the Universe was also intimately involved with creating you both. He knows every cell in your body. He created them all in the first place and will have no problem re-creating new healthy ones.
