Those will always be there waiting and in the grand scheme of life are really not that important. As Christians we look at our trials and suffering differently than the world does. We go through difficult times with hope that beyond this earthly life we have eternity with Christ and our Christian loved ones. I'm so sorry for this blow. I can't pretend to know why things happen the way they do, but you are not abandoned or left to your own devices. God is there with you, in the bad news, in the good news. I pray your family will feel His strength as you feel weak, His direction as you feel lost, His unending love for you as He takes you on journeys you would never have chosen, but which yield incredible fruit in us as the humans God intended us to be. Thank you for taking us with you on that journey.
Thank you for keeping us updated with the news. Will continue to pray for Matt's healing and for strength for you and for the kids each day. Thank you for telling me what I can pray specifically for. On it!
