I found most helpful when we needed help (it's SO SO HARD to accept it!) Magical dinners that appeared at our door so I didn't need to worry about making anything, meal planning, grocery shopping, etc. Also, had a friend that would clean the house and another that helped with laundry. Know that we have all reached out for help in the past and were completely blessed by the kindness shown to us. Many of those that helped us claimed that it was a blessing to them to be able to show how much they cared.
