Journal entry by Tory Holen —
Hello All!! Ripley was able to visit Matt last week , as Matt's family was there daily as well.
We have good news to report. Matt has progressed through his rehabilitation process enough for the doctors to release him sometime early next week. He will continue to be involved in out-patient therapy and a continued period of 24 hour monitoring.
"He still has a long way to go in his recovery."His mother Debbie will be taking him in for a period of time to help him with doctors appointments, running errands and of course some good home cooking. He’s progressing physically and mentally day after day. The fact that he’s going to be released is a true blessing and the prayers of his family and friends are being heard. We can all be thankful during this Christmas season that our friend Matt is with us and will be for a long time to come.
