Within the last week it has been confirmed that my cancer from 10 years ago has recurred in my back. Some of you already know more of the details. But to make this brief, I will be having surgery Tuesday, October 22nd with radiation to follow from November11-22.  I am using CaringBridge to keep my friends and family informed. Dear Family and Friends,

I have some wonderful news! Today I had a PETscan to see if there is evidence of cancer at this time. The scan showed no cancer!!! Since my doctor will be out of the office until April 6th, I won't have any further details until then.
