I totally understand the Plantar Faciitis pain. I had that for years. It made life painful. I think after wearing custom graphite orthotics was when I finally got some relief. And now, a few years later, I don't even need to wear them. Granted, I don't walk much anymore. I never had to go the route of surgery thankfully. I'm glad you're still trying and moving forward.
