My Dear Monica, beautifully, wonderful capturing of your beloved Moher's essence. We all loved her so very much and were all boundlessly loved by her! She was a beautiful woman both inside and out, and has left a lasting impact on this world through you and your siblings. Mickey was her treasure and you, Alex, Peter and Jack the jewels of her life, dimmed only by her beloved grandchildren. I count myself blessed to be her brother as my brother Mike and sisters Anne Marie, Margert and Nancy do. And yes, yes she was ALWAYS the boss! She always welcomed us, our children, their friends and any strays we gathered along the way and made each holiday special. She had an incredibly brilliant intellect only outshone by the size of her heart that had room for all. I know she celebrates in heaven with Mom and Dad and will be watching over us until we are all together again. God Bless each and every one of you.

Monica, this is a wonderful and loving obituary for your mom. MJo is one of the most amazing people I have ever known, with the most generous heart. She is truly an original, and I will miss her every remaining day of my life.
I am so grateful to have had her as my friend, and I look forward to celebrating her life with the Dorn’s and the de La Cerda’s on September 30th.
