It's been a while since we updated. There is exciting news to share. We are in the planning stages of moving Mom from the Nursing Home in Tyler MN to an assisted Living apartment in St Cloud MN. At this point the move is more than likely going to be March 5th - 6th! 

Mom is both excited and nervous at the same time. She has received great care at the nursing home in Tyler and we are thankful for that team and all they have done for her. It's time to move onward and upward and start rebuilding independence. 

It has been so amazing to have support from all her family and friends along the way. So many of you have given time; family visits with her always have kept her spirits up.  Many of you have provided financial assistance as well and that has made a huge difference for her journey.

It will be so nice to have her closer to the St Cloud family. There are so much more opportunities in St Cloud for her to get out and about and she will be moving on from the structure of the nursing home where we can visit and take her into the community with no more restrictions! She will be closer to the WI family as well so visits will be so much easier than they have in the past.
