So happy to read this, Terry - Been thinking of you and your wife and wondering how I could hear from her - Thought of Caring Bridge and so glad that I did. May her health continue to improve!

John 1:5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

John 8:12 When Jesus spoke again the people, He said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

John 16:33 “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.

John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

Praise God, for He is merciful and gracious to us. It is such a joy to see both of you trusting in Him as you walk through this difficult time. May you continue to walk in His light, abide in His peace, and hopefully very soon enjoy overcoming this particular trial.

What a beautiful picture of love of each and of our magical spiritual and physical world that God connects you and Mary and then us to through your writing. I keep praying with faith for Mary's complete remission and for now for more and more beautiful days and evenings for you together. Praise God from whom ALL blessings flow!

Wow! Not just light in darkness, but beautiful living lights in darkness. The spiritual permeates the natural. Thank you for giving us eyes to see this. I feel blessed to be able to read here. Praying for love to keep lighting your way and for mercy, grace and peace to keep guiding the way for you both.

Praise to our wonderful God for giving you both strength. So glad you were able to get away and have time for meditation and reflection. Being able to see God through the difficulty is such a comfort for all of us. We have Hope in our healer who works miracles and may he continue to work miracles in Mary and you.

If one must go through treatment for cancer, to be so well supported and loved by those around you is truly God's grace and mercy. May you both be blessed as Mary continues treatment in this coming year.
