Dear Dan and Joey: Not everyone in this life chooses to be a public servant, but I am grateful for those that do. It is evident that Mary Ann impacted so many young people’s lives with knowledge and wisdom that they will carry with them forever. Dan, you chose a great life partner in Mary Ann, and I am proud to have had her as a sister in law. And she was a loving mother and grandmother who had a kind and gentle spirit. I pray for your peace and healing, knowing that she is safely wrapped in the arms of our loving Father. I’m sorry I can’t make it down on Sunday, due to medical issues, but know that I will be thinking of you and praying for you all as you celebrate Mary Ann’s life.

My heart, love and thoughts are with you. I was so blessed to know Mary Ann and share many wonderful times and memories. Prior commitments will prevent me from being there Sunday but I will be there in spirit and thinking and praying for all of you. She was a wonderful example for all of us and I know I will see her again in heaven. May God’s peace be close to you. Frances
