After consulting with the palliative care team, we decided to change Marvin's care status to palliative, which is essentially hospice care to keep him comfortable. He continues to receive oxygen to help with comfort. He is receiving medications that keep his breathing at a comfortable level. Depending on how things go over night, he may be transferred back to the nursing home in Grafton for continued hospice care.
