To all our family and friends -

It is with a heavy heart to write to you all that our beloved Mark passed away this morning at 6:21am.  Sadly, he never would have been able to survive his injuries.  It wasn't the outcome we hoped or prayed for, but God has bigger plans for him. We are at peace knowing he's in God's arms now.  Please keep our family and Connie in your prayers and cherish the time you have with your loved ones.  We never know how precious our time is until it's gone.  

We will share details of arrangements as they are determined.  

A Huge Thank You to the caring staff of the University of Iowa Hospital SNICU for their amazing care for Mark, as well as us while we were there visiting. You guys are all unbelievable!
