Chris, thanks for sharing what seems to be positive progress. It seems like she has always understood us and I'm so happy that she is making some progress at communicating. Maybe body language is improving as well. I thought of her so often during the Kavanaugh hearings. Dear Chris, thank you so much for the update on Marilyn. I am so pleased that she is making progress! Please let her know that the US Women's Caucus at the UN is carrying on!! (You may remember that she and I started organizing the Caucus back in 2017.) We just had our October conference call and are making plans to meet again in New York during the UN Commission on the Status of Women next March. We are transitioning our finances to the new WIN leadership and it looks promising.

Dear Chris, Thank you so much for the update! I really miss hearing from Marilyn - she was so good about sending cards and notes through the years! I am so glad Marilyn can read - I just sent her the newest Marcia Muller - her favorite mystery writer (I think because it takes place in the SFO area!). I am reading it, too, and think of Marilyn at every page - and how we would talk about the books and the awesome protagonist, Sharon McCone.
