Family and friends,
I write with sad news. Last week, my magnificent mother was diagnosed with stage 4 endometrial cancer. The cancer has metastasized and she has decided not to receive treatment.
Marie is at home. Non-treatment care is including Hospice and a combination of comfort medications. I am in Maryland for the duration to help with all the planning, logistics and caring that is needed for her and, equally important, my brother Zack.
If you would like to offer a few words or share your thoughts, God willing, I'd love to show them to her. Alternatively, you can send a note to 6897 Buttonwood Ct., Frederick, MD 21703.
