Emily, I am Margo’s cousin (Susan) and found this site when I did a search for your Mom. I’d lost contact when she moved from Hawaii and am so saddened to learn of her passing. She was definitely a warrioress woman and a feisty one at that. She sure adored you and so glad she was able to be with you and your family these last few years. She left a positive and vibrant footprint. Sending lots of love your way. ❤️❤️ Susan

Hi Emily, I wanted to let you know that I let Ian(, (NNP at Hospice in Hawaii who bought your Moms house) know about your Mom's passing and he said to be sure to let you know that he sent his deepest sympathy. Hope you are doing okay, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I went to high school with your Mom and you and my daughter Jennifer Katres used to play soccer together. Please take care and once again my deepest sympathy. Aloha, Sharon

Once we were setting up a Christmas display in my front yard. We finished Santa in his sleigh with reindeer , sat down outside to relish in how well we'd done. The kids came home and my oldest, Keeley said "NICE DISPLAY YOU LADIES DID, BUT SHOULDN'T SANTA AND HIS SLEIGH BE BEHIND THE REINDEER". There may have been some wine involved...

My heart is heavy today...enjoyed many escapades and pau hana with Margo in Denver the last 3 years before I retired in 2009. She hated that I was senior to her and would take galley ...but then she would work the aisle with me. We laughed and cried and shared stories of our Priory daughters, both of us very proud moms. I was so looking forward to her retirement so we could lunch together again...then I heard she wasn’t well. Can’t get my head around this, know the torture it was for all of you. You can breathe now Emily, knowing she is finally free and with her family in heaven. Rest in love Margo.

Aloha Emily, I'm so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I remember your mom well in the beginning of my flying career. She was a spit fire, for sure! She spoke of you with such love and adoration. It was so sweet to see her face light up talking about you. I'm glad you were with her as she took her last breath. The world was a better place with her in it and the heavens are happy she is home. God bless you and your family, Kendra
