Margaret ( Marge)’s Story

This week we received the news that you never want to hear, Our Mom, Marge Norsworthy,  was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. We received the news together as a family and we will get Mom through this  journey together as a family.
 The first priority is to remove the tumor and effected lymph nodes via a mastectomy as soon as possible. We are thrilled to have found a wonderful surgeon who we have complete faith in.  After surgery her care will transfer to an Oncologist who will manage the post surgery treatment. Thanks to some great referrals we feel like we have a dream team on the case and feel very optimistic .
Mom has a great attitude and  says “she is not going anywhere!”  We are confident that she will get through this with flying colors!  Your love and prayers are greatly appreciated. Hello family and friends,

Mom is two days in on her 6 week Radiation schedule. So far she is feeling good, just extra tired.
Mom and Dad appreciate all of the well wishes, prayers, and support.
Pray for her comfort and well being during this time.
