I met Margaret and Ward on an Alaskan cruise in August 2023 for one week and they have indelibly imprinted themselves on my heart. I am deeply inspired by Margaret’s strength, determination and courage and genuinely touched by Ward’s love and support for his amazing wife (and for his hidden poetic talents). Their abiding faith and love for each other will guide them in all the months and years to come.
