Marc’s Story

Thank you for your continued support and encouragement!
-Marc

Sunday night, January 28th, 2007 Marc was taken to the emergency room at St. Mary's with heart problems. After further assessment, they discovered he had an aortic dissection, which is when the aorta tears (vs. bursting like it does with an aneurysm). Marc's dissection was caused by a defective heart valve (he's had it since birth) that had weakened over time.

Every moment has been a miracle, the odds of surviving such obstacles and complications are minimal. However, we all know how tough Marc is so it's no surprise to us he made it through!

It's been a long road to recovery, and there will continue to be many, many obstacles ahead.

We are so grateful for the tremendous support and encouragement we are receiving from everyone!

Please keep Marc in your thoughts and prayers, as every ounce of positive energy is needed right now.

Love,

The Beemans
