We had the meeting with the cardio thoracic surgeon yesterday and toured the Children’s Hospital. It was extremely overwhelming and scary. Learning a lot more about Maddie’s heart defect was harder than I thought it would be. We have a lot of decisions to make and knowing we might not even be able to go home between the first 2 surgeries doesn’t make it easy. We’re just trying to do what we can for our baby girl. Any help is appreciated.
