Good to hear how you're doing. Overall it sounds positive. The good news is you were focused on healing and not the gravity of your condition. You've been through one heck of a lot and I know you look forward to more weeks without doctor appointments and good health. I will continue to play devils advocate here to remind you that it's ok not to do everything and be everything to everybody. Personally I believe that's how you got sick.
