I am so saddened to hear of the loss of Lynda. She was such an amazing woman!
I loved her genuine smile, great sense of humor and her "caring way".
She was truly a special person.

I reconnected with Lynda (after many years) a few yeas ago.
She invited me to a UPS golf tournament in Lake Chelan.
It was so great to see her and get a big hug!
Also, great to see some familiar faces from my UPS past.
I am so happy that I made the trip and got to spend time with her!

Lynda and I were hired at close to the same time and drove together in the Kent center.
I always loved to joke and laugh with her. So much fun. She had an awesome sense of humor!

Lynda became my supervisor after awhile. What a fantastic person to work for!
I remember one day when Lynda was "on car" with me.
Lynda was a little "wounded" that day...as she had a little too much fun the night before.
It was a great day....Lynda was just "along for the ride" and nursing her hangover.
We laughed all day long and had a blast!
Best "on car Supervisor" ride I ever had!

So many great memories with Lynda.
She will be dearly missed!

My best always....Mike Capeloto

Lynda was such a giver - to life, to her students in and out of class, and to the Chelan Valley community. Lynda's yoga classes were always welcoming and filled with compassion, calmness, and often humor, too. She will always be remembered for guiding us through asanas and gentle reminders that I shall personally use to continue my practice. My heart goes out to Chris for his loss as the heavens have gained another shining star.

I have thought for several days how Lynda touched my life in many, many ways! Retiring to the Chelan area was a wonderful decision but choosing to go to Yoga at YogaChelan and meeting Lynda and her warm welcome made a huge difference in my successfully settling into retirement! She established a warm community of yoga “mature movers” students and encouraged us all to not only practice yoga to stay healthy but to build meaningful friendships. The loss of YogaChelan is secondary only to the loss of Lynda. She created a warm, loving community that no one will be able to replace! Namaste, Lynda! 🦋🦋🦋

Keep an eye out for a bird doing something noteworthy. Many cultures believe the spirit resides in a bird for some time before moving on. I've had one pecking on my window when my mom passed and another sitting at my door when my daughter passed. It's beautuful and moving.

I joined Lynda's yoga class by Zoom from Seattle. As a former Yoga hater, she made me love it, and never want to miss a class. I also took her mindfulness class, and, I often thing about things from that class that help me through the day. Lynda was special to so many people. Thanks, Chris, for sharing her with the world. I know that she is in a special place reserved for very special people.
