We couldn't be more surprised or more thankful than when we received a phone call early this morning from the head of cardiac surgery, Dr. Jaggers. After reviewing the pre-op tests from yesterday, he has determined her current heart health does not meet the requirements to warrant open heart surgery, for now.

As Lydia said when we told her, "Wow! That's good. We should tell everyone thank you for praying." 

That is exactly what we want to say! Thank you to everyone for your outpouring of prayers and support. We are surprised and yet relieved.
