Hello!
Luke went in for #8 this morning and the surgeons were very happy with what they saw. They didn't install any more coils. They feel that the residual fistula will completely close itself down once he's off the blood thinners. They will check it again in 2-3 weeks. This is such great news! God is so good. In the hard times, in the good times, He is good all the time!
Luke will see his primary care physician on Friday. His pcp will primarily coordinate the care of the rest of Luke's injuries. He has appointments already set up this month and next month to deal with the array of other things that need attention.
But this is one big hurdle to have jumped, and Luke, of course, jumped over it and big time cleared it by God's mercy and grace, and the prayers and support of many, many people.
He still has a lot to overcome so please continue to pray.
