Hello 🙌
Lindsey reached out and asked if I could please write an update on Luke's progress. He is back to teaching full-time this school year and thoroughly enjoyed the time with his family during the summer months. He continues to take a daily chemotherapy pill and once a month he heads down to the University of Chicago for a round of Intravenous chemotherapy (IV/drip) and Intrathecal chemotherapy (spinal). This past Tuesday (11/30) he underwent his 6 month PET scan which indicated a negative result. This means that the test did not detect cancer! Luke will continue this treatment plan for an additional year and a half. Lindsey and Luke are so appreciative of the continued support of friends and family.
Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.
