So here we are.  Almost 10 years of up, down and sideways! 

Diagnosis- 4/15/15.  

It certainly has not been boring!

Ever since the relapse, HJ and I have opened up the throttle and let it rip! 

Given those damn statistics, there is a sense of urgency.  FUN urgency which begs us to go for it ! YOLO!

Wouldn't it be lovely if I was that rare unicorn that beat the odds- I'm thinking book 2!

Within the past few months we have gone to Antarctica, the Western Caribbean with just me and the mama, and Israel on a mission. We are going to see the solar eclipse in Indiana, Just a short 12 hour drive! 

I left the best for last- CT scan is PERFECT.

I remain in remission. Two  years ! YAY!!

HOPE springs eternal.

Future possible adventures - Northern Lights, Portugal, Greece, Australia, and New Zealand.

I figure if I just keep moving then the cancer and/or the Parkinson's Disease  will not be able to keep up!

Faithful reader- take care of yourself.

The world is crazy right now. It's imperative that you find your anchors. Find your inner peace. Give yourself grace. On the rocky days, embrace the balance of yoga or meditation.   

Reach for help - we all need a hand at times. It's ok.  

Try to BE in the moments.  Accept uncertainty.

Chose LIFE.

Chose HOPE.
