Lizzy was discharged today after a few spins around her hospital floor. She was able to walk up and down about 5 stairs and will be fine to climb up a full staircase at home. She is excited to be home and walked a little bit outside before dinner tonight.
We know she is feeling better because she started calling a few of her Chapel Haven buddies this afternoon.
Post op appointment is July 3rd, and we hope that she will get the OK to return to Chapel Haven shortly after that.
